When we reached the end of the sequence we start again. We want to display each frame for a certain amount of time and then switch to the next image. I have used Gimp to create the running character by playing Star Guard a lot and analysing its running sequence. Let’s add some realism to the movement and animate the character whenever it is moving. We left off with a basic world and Bob gliding back on forth when using the arrow keys or touching the screen. There will be a lot of stuff covered in the following articles so I will try to break them down in more digestible sizes.
